   • For all international orders, the indicative delivery cost is £199.99. However, the final cost will be confirmed based on the specific destination. Please contact us before making your purchase to confirm delivery availability and the accurate shipping cost for your country.

   • Delivery Time: International deliveries typically take between 13 to 15 business days, depending on the destination.

1. Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to register a complaint and request a return.

2. Eligibility for Return:

   • Returns are only accepted if the artwork is in its original condition, unused, and undamaged (except in cases of damage during delivery).

   • If the artwork is returned due to a change of mind or any reason other than delivery damage, you will be eligible for a partial refund of 75% of the artwork cost.

3. Return Shipping Costs:

   • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the artwork was damaged during delivery.

   • We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the artwork is returned safely.

4. Damaged Artwork:

   • If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will assess the damage and arrange for a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost to you. Photo evidence of the damaged packaging is required.

5. Refund Process:

   • Once we receive the returned artwork and confirm its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Artwork Disclaimer and Rights Protection

   • The purchase of any artwork does not transfer the intellectual property rights or copyright of the artwork to the client. The copyright remains the exclusive property of the artist.

   • Under no circumstances may the client duplicate, reproduce, print, display, or sell the artwork in any form, whether digital or physical, without the express written consent of the artist.

2. Usage and Reproduction:

   • Any commercial or non-commercial use of the artwork, including reproduction for sale, distribution, or display, is strictly prohibited unless the artist has granted explicit permission in writing. This includes but is not limited to the production of prints, merchandise, or digital media.

3. Rights Purchase:

   • If you are interested in obtaining the rights to reproduce or use the artwork commercially, please contact us directly before making a purchase. We offer an option to purchase these rights, but this must be discussed and agreed upon in writing prior to the transaction.

   • In the event that the client chooses to purchase the intellectual property rights or copyright of the artwork, the artist agrees to transfer the full copyright ownership to the client upon completion of the transaction. This transfer grants the client the exclusive rights to reproduce, distribute, display, and sell the artwork in any form, both commercially and non-commercially, subject to the terms agreed upon in writing between the artist and the client.

   • Once the copyright is transferred, the artist relinquishes any further claims to the artwork's usage, and the client assumes all rights and responsibilities associated with the artwork's reproduction and distribution. This transfer must be explicitly discussed and agreed upon prior to the purchase.

 

1. No Resale or Reproduction Without Consent:

   • The client agrees not to resell, license, or otherwise exploit the artwork for commercial purposes unless specifically authorized by the artist in writing.
